14 hours on a plane?!

One week to go! I will be honest that I'm dreading the flight over there.

I've never spent 14+ hours on a plane before. I thought the 8 hour flight to Ireland, and the 6 hours to Alaska and Hawaii were bad! Hopefully I won't have a screaming child near me like I did on the Ireland trip. 

My team from work gave me a care package for the flight: sleep mask, essential oils, Emergen-C, earplugs and some snacks. I also got a travel pillow, some sleeping pills, and a comfy wrap from Mom, to help. 

The BEST thing about the trip will be meeting Sean at the airport in Dubai!!!

  1. Magnesium will help with leg cramps. If you get dry eye, make sure your eyedrops are near to hand. Hand lotion - you will dry out. But sleep if you can, do flexing exercises, stretch. I tend to fall asleep before the drinks cart is out, I have no problem sleeping on a plane! Have fun!
